COCONUT UTTAPAM

INGREDIENTS:

1 grated coconut,      dosa batter,

amul butter or coconut oil.

PREPARATION:

Make uttapam and sprinkle coconut over it. Apply coconut oil from the side and roast on both the sides and serve.
