INGREDIENTS:
250 grams urad dal flour
5 grams ajama (oregano leaves)
oil
5 grams coriander seeds
red chili
salt
PREPARATION:
Shift flour. Add red chili powder,
coriander seed powder, salt, ajama, oil, and water to make the batter.
Heat a griddle. Spread oil on it and
spread the mixture. Fry on both the sides. Apply oil. Serve with sauce.
Note: You can add the tomatoes or the peas. Mix them in a mixer and then add to the batter.
