SIMPLE WHEAT PARATHA
INGREDIENTS:
2-cup whole-wheat flour
2-tbsp. Oil
2-tbsp. Ghee
Water
Salt
PREPARATION:
Shift the flour. Add 2-tbsp. oil and a pinch of salt. Add cold water and knead into the soft dough. Cover the dough and leave it for half an hour.
Make small balls. Roll out each ball to 6-inch size tortilla that is ½ inch thick. Roast on griddle until red on both sides.
Note: To make it tastier you can add a little more oil to the flour and replace water with the milk or the buttermilk.
