CAULIFLOWER PARATHA
INGREDIENTS:
400 grams whole-wheat flour
200 grams grated cauliflower
2-tbsp. green chili paste
½ cup milk cream (malai)
1-tsp.soda
Oil
Salt
2-tbsp. lemon juice
a pinch of asafetida
¼ cup grated coconut
1/8 cup coriander leaves
¼ tsp. Turmeric powder
PREPARATION:
Add a little salt to grated cauliflower and
drain water. Mix with the whole-wheat flour. Add chili paste, turmeric powder, asafetida
and oil. Knead into the dough.
Make small balls. Roll out each ball to a tortilla having ¼ inch thickness. Roast on griddle using a little ghee.
