INGREDIENTS:

200 grams rice      1-cup urad dal

� cup tuver dal      � cup chana dal

10-15 red chilies      1/4 tsp. asafetida

salt      curry leaves

� cup coriander leaves

 

 

PREPARATION:

Soak all the dals and rice in the water for 4-5 hours. Grind them to make a batter. Leave for 5-6 hours. Mix salt, asafetida, curry leaves and granules of red chilies.

Make dosa from the batter. Apply oil from the side and fry on both the sides and serve warm.
