INGREDIENTS:

300 grams dal floor      salt

1 pinch asafetida,

1 pinch turmeric powder (optional),      oil for frying.

 

preparation:

Shift grams dal flour. Mix salt, asafetida and turmeric powder. Knead the dough to roti like consistency. Add a little water and knead the dough. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fill the dough in the sev machine. When fumes comes out from the oil make sev in the oil and fry on both sides and remove. When cool fill in the container.

 

NOTE:

If red chilly or -green chilly paste is to be added it should be mixed with water and then shift it. If ajma is to be added it should be grinded and then mixed.
