INGREDIENTS:
500 grams dal flour, 1-cup oil,
1-cup water, 1/2-tsp. sodium-bi-carbonate,
salt 2 tbsp. white chilly powder,
1 pinch asafetida, 1 lemon juice,
1 tsp. pepper powder, 1/2-tsp. ajma powder.
preparation:
Mix water and oil. Churn for 1/2 hour. When it becomes white, mix soda, lemon juice, white chi powder. Mix grams dal flour in this water. Add salt, pepper powder, asafetida and ajma powder. Knead the dough and fill in the machine.
Heat oil in a pan and make sev from big hole jari. Fry and remove. Cool and fill in a steel container.
