FRIED URAD DAL


 

INGREDIENTS:

200 grams dal,      1 pinch soda,

salt ,            2-3 tbsp. red chilly powder,

1/4 tsp. black salt.

 

preparation:

Soak grams dal in water for one night. Add pinch of soda. Next day, spread it on a cloth for 1/2 hour.

 

Heat oil in a frying pan and when fumes come out, put grams dal. When it comes up remove and put another da. Fry all the grams dal.

 

Mix salt, black salt and red chilly powder and fill in a steel container.

 

NOTE:

In the same way green grams dal, muth, dried green peas can be prepared. But, without chilly powder.
