INGREDIENTS:

200 grams dal flour,       50 grams urad dal flour,

salt ,      2 tbsp. red chilly powder,

1/2-tsp. black salt,      oil for frying.

 

preparation:

Shift both the flours. Mix salt and knead the flour to puri like consistency. Knead the flour with a little oil sesame seeds smooth. Roll out chapatis and cover with a wet cloth. Make all chapatis. Cut strips from the chapatis and fry in oil. Sprinkle red chilly powder and black salt on it.
