CHANA-JOR GRAMS


 

INGREDIENTS:

250 grams kabuli chana,      3 tbsp. oil, salt ,

1 pinch asafetida,      1/2-tsp. turmeric powder,

3 tbsp. red chilly powder,      1 tsp. grams masala,

1 tsp. raw mango powder.

 

preparation:

Wash kabuli chana. In a pot boil water. When it boils put chana. When they come up boil 5 more minutes and remove. Squeeze water and mix oil. Keep them in a pot. Cover it and leave for 6-7 hours.

 

Take single chana and press it with heavy thing. Spread on a cloth for 2 hours. Fry in oil. Mix salt, turmeric powder, raw chilly powder, garam masala and red mango powder. Mix all chana in masala. While serving add a little lemon.
