CHAKALI DHOKLA


 

INGREDIENTS:

500 grams rice flour,      1-cup chutney dalia powder,

50 grams butter (amul),      salt ,

3 tbsp. sesame seeds.

 

preparation:

Shift the rice flour. Mix dalia powder, amul butter, sesame seeds and salt. Knead the flour to roti like consistency. Leave for 15 minutes and knead again. Fill in the machine. Put chakri jari in it. Make round chakari. Make 8-10 and fry.

 

Heat oil in pan and fry chakri in it. Cool and fill in a steel container.
