BHAVNAGARI GANTHIA


 

INGREDIENTS:

500 grams besan flour,      2 tbsp. soda-bi-carbonate,

 2-tsp. salt,      1 1/2-cup oil,

2 cup water,      2 tbsp. ajma.

 

preparation:

Heat a griddle and fry soda-bi-carbonate and salt. Shift besan and soda-bi-carbonate and salt.

 

Mix oil and water and mix for 15 minutes. Mix besan mixture and add ajma. Knead the flour. Put big hole jari in the machine and fill with the dough.

 

Heat oil in a pan and make ganthia and fry well. Cool and fill in the steel container.
